- Bruce has a broad background in the semiconductor industry including memory (DRAM, SRAM), IC design, process, testing, product engineering, marketing, sales, pricing and advanced FOWLP (fan-out wafer-level packaging) productization.
- He led the grant application process as Principal Investigator and was awarded a Small Business Innovation Research Project (SBIR) through the Air Force Research Lab
- He has presented advanced packaging and obsolescence solution technology in many forums -- e.g. IMAPS, GOMACTech, NAVSEA Crane -- and is a recognized expert.
- Bruce holds 11 patents, completed graduate level coursework in semiconductor physics at ASU, and holds a BSEE, U of Arizona

- Tom has held COO/VP level manufacturing and technology positions with SkyWater Technology, Aurora Semiconductor, Sonavation, Validity Sensors (now Synaptics), SVTC Technologies, Cypress Semiconductor (now Infineon), and Atmel (now Microchip).
- He has consulted with NHanced Semiconductors (Advanced Packaging), Applied Materials (#1 semiconductor equipment maker), eSolar (solar thermal electricity generation), and Clarisay (SAW filter mfg.).
- He has held security clearances at three Trusted/ITAR companies.
- Tom was awarded a Sherman Fairchild scholarship grant and studied economics and mathematics at Amherst College.
- He holds an MBA , Technology Management and completed M.Eng coursework at the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs.
